Policies and Information
  • Registration Fee: $15 per student due at registration. Non-refundable.
  • Tuition: Tuition is paid in 3 equal installments: at Registration, December 1, and March 1. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. A $10 late fee will be charged if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
  • Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
  • Class Etiquette: All students are expected to be on time and dressed appropriately (see dress code). Students who do not adhere to the dress code will not be permitted to attend class. All students are expected to treat fellow students with respect. Gross misconduct will not be tolerated.
  • Absences: Make-up classes must be made within one month and with the permission of the Studio.
  • Recital: Performance is scheduled May 21st & 22nd, 2011. Non-refundable payment is due December 1. A letter will be sent home in November with the details.
  • Drop Off/Pick Up: Students may not be dropped off at the Studio earlier than 15 minutes prior to class and must be picked up no later than 15 minutes following the class. For liability reasons, children under the age of 18 who are not attending class at Studio Dans are not permitted to be in the building unless accompanied by an adult. Students are not permitted to leave the studio without an adult.
  • Inclement Weather: Please call the studio or check our Facebook page for cancellation information in the case of severe weather. Studio Dans does not follow Howard County School closings.
  • Studio Dans is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Termination: In the event that a student wishes to withdraw from class, a completed class withdrawal form is required. Forms can be obtained from the studio. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
