Children & Youth Classes:
- Toddlers in Motion: Dads, Moms, Grandmas, Grandpas, & Nannies partner up with your little one for this creative dance class designed to teach basic dance movements, rhythm & musicality in a fun way! 45 minute class. (Ages 2 & 3) 8 Week Class Session.
- Creative Dance for 3's: Designed especially for 3 year olds as an introduction to dance. 45 minute class.
- Pre-School Ballet/Tap: Introduces and develops basic ballet and tap technique in a creative and fun way.
Ballet: Provides a solid foundation in classical ballet using the Vaganova methodology. Proper alignment and technique are emphasized.
- Tap: Explore the rhythms and styles of tap dance from Rhythm Tap to Broadway.
- Jazz: Styles include traditional, musical theater, lyrical and television inspired choreography.
- Sports Dans: Get your body in the game for this High School Musical inspired dance fitness class. Build agility, coordination and flexibility.
- Ballroom for Pre-Teen/Teens: An introduction to American ballroom and Latin dance using today’s music as well as traditional ballroom music. Also offered in an 8 Week Class Session.
- Hip Hop: A high energy, specialized type of dance that originates deom 'urban street dancing'.
Students will be placed according to their age and ability.
Adult Classes:
- Zumba: "Ditch the workout, join the party!" Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting and unique Latin moves/rhythms. Zumba, the dance workout that is taking the world by storm! Drop In Class: $10. Zumba discount card: $75 for 10 classes.

Pilates: A unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improves and changes the body’s postural habits and increases flexibility and ease of movement. 8 Week Class Session.
- Hip Hop: A high energy class featuring a blend of hip hop, step and funk.
- American Ballroom and Latin Dance: Classes are offered in 4 week sessions. No partner required. Call or check the Ballroom Information page for more information.
