Studio Dans Goes Pink!

In an effort to support and bring awareness to Breast Cancer Care & Research as well as honor those moms in our studio who are breast cancer survivors or fighters, Studio Dans will again go pink and incorporate special activities during the week of October 19-24. During this week, all dance teachers & staff, students, and parents are encouraged to wear pink to the studio. We ask that Ballet Enrichment students still adhere to the dress code but add a pink accent!

The students will be given strength and flexibility challenges (right and left splits and NEW: 30 second plank pose). Studio Dans will make a contribution to Susan G. Komen for every student who is able to perform these skills in class. The students are already working on these skills in their classes so we expect great success! A little practicing at home would be helpful too!

Additionally, ADULT CLASSES ARE FREE DURING PINK WEEK! Come and try as many adult classes as you would like - feel free to make a donation to Susan G. Komen in lieu of the class fee.

Attendance/Make Up Policy

Dance requires discipline and consistency. Students are expected to attend class every week. When a student misses a class, it not only hinders his/her performance, it hinders the overall progress and cohesiveness of the group. Make-up classes are available for absences due to illness or other personal reasons, however missed classes must be made up within one month and in a class of the same dance discipline, (of an equal or lower level).

For elementary classes:

Elem. I classes please make up in Elem. I class

Elem. II classes please make up in Elem. II class

Elem. III classes please make up in Elem. III class

It is required to register for make-up classes at the front desk.

Refunds are not given for missed classes.

Please check the website for complete list of 2015-2016 policies
