Class Drop/Transfer Form

Weekly Classes:

Dancers are permitted to withdraw from classes with one month's notice until December 1st. Please complete the drop/transfer request. After December 1, if a student withdraws from a class, the parent/guardian will remain responsible for the full annual tuition which will be due at time of withdrawal.

 

Please note that there is a $15 administrative fee for transferring/dropping a class. Registration and tuition fees are non-refundable.Summer

 

Summer Camps:

$50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of enrollment. Remaining tuition is due in full 7 days after registration. In the event that you need to withdraw from a camp, requests must be made in writing through the Drop/Transfer Form below.​Tuition is non-refundable after May 15th.

HOW TO SUBMIT A DROP REQUEST:

  1. Log in to your parent portal account through the "Family Portals" link at the top of the page.

  2. Scroll down to your "MY SCHEDULE" section on the homepage

  3. click the 3 dots button (⋮) at the top right corner of the class block

  4. Complete the requested information and click submit
