Class Drop/Transfer Form

2025-2026 Classes:
Dancers are permitted to withdraw from 2025-2026 classes with one month's notice until December 1, 2025. Please complete the drop/transfer request form below. After December 1, 2025, if a student withdraws from a class, the parent/guardian will remain responsible for the full annual tuition which will be due at time of withdrawal.

Please note that there is a $15 administrative fee for transferring/dropping a class. Registration and tuition fees are non-refundable.

Summer Camps 2025:

$50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of enrollment. Remaining tuition is due in full 7 days after registration. In the event that you need to withdraw from a camp, requests must be made in writing through the Drop/Transfer Form below.

Tuition is non-refundable after May 15, 2026.
